I had purchased kurtas from W for women online. I had ordered * navy blue solid kurtas on * June **** in which * were delivered and one was stuck at quality check. Order no is ww**********. When called TCNS after ** days, the kurta was still at quality check. So I requested them for refund on **th June ****. They mentioned the complaint number ****** and tole me that the money would be refunded in * to * days but there was no refund issued. I called them ton number of times... on **rd and on *st July, they gave me the same response both the times that money will be refunded in * to * days. It's been more than a month I placed my order but still I have not received my refund. I am sending reminders to TCNS clothing and have logged complain with them but issue is not resolved till date. Can this grievance be addressed at the earliest.
