I am writing this mail to you after giving enough time and numerous follow-ups with customer support and social media team, whereas still my issue has not been resolved. I want to escalate the issue to you and expecting refund of Rs ***** on priority basis.
I had ordered "Sigma ***-*** mm f/*-*.* DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens for Nikon Cameras"
From Amazon, at an offer price, I have ordered * pieces of the same with Order Id's# ***-*******-*******, #***-*******-*******, #***-*******-******* on *st February ****, whereas all the orders have not been delivered to me in the promised time nor yet, hence I had requested for refund, whereas the amount has not been settled yet.
Hence I had called to customer support team where they had promised me to refund in one week after escalate it to seller where as it has not settled by then hence called once again about the issue again. I was promised to refund on priority whereas it again the same got delayed hence I have escalate it on twitter and on social media on *-mar ****. Again I have received promise and again not received response hence again I have called the customer support team several times since then and I have received response that as I have escalated it to social media team they will only respond me, it feels me like all the teams are playing with my request and bouncing it to one other, again after various communication to customer support I have received that case has been escalated to concerned team whereas there as no response till now after more than * months.
This is mental and financial harassment with me and it makes me very irated.
On **-April ****, the social media team and sent me an email stating "that the further action or appeal can't be made on the orders.
We realize you're upset, and we regret we've been unable to address your concerns to your satisfaction. However, we are sorry, we will not be able to provide any additional information in this regard than what has been already provided. As this resolution is certain, further requests to review your order for the same will not receive a response"
I am writing to you with high hope and expecting that you all will refund my money and resolve my issue on priority as it has been already delayed for more than * months I don't want it to escalate it further.
