Wishyourholiday representative Zoya khan offer me mahabaleshwar deal and rate was finalize (****) with mango Valley view hotel only. She told we will provide same hotel also she has shared room photo also. Then asked for advanced. I had transfered **** on wishyourholiday bank account. Later hotel was changed by them and changed hotel was cheap. I told them rate was decided based on hotel and i don't want new cheap hotel and request them to refund my money or provide *k taxi service but they nigher provided refund nor any other service and stop to reply me and didn't received call till time.
