Booked honeymoon package to Singapore from tybros. On ** Feb when we were just going to board the flight agent ( Kanika Gupta) called up said due to some technical issue, your room for the hotel wasn't booked. Please pay there for * night and we will refund. That cost was $***.
Secondly, in our package, there was Rs **** included for our travel from Varanasi to Delhi.
She called on ** Feb and said that she is unable to book any flight. We have to come from our end and she will return our money. Total cost is around *****. We continue calling her she and her head Surleen Kaun is not picking up the call and not even replying to any mail. Please help.
