I have tried to book my flight ticket on ** june ** through Travolook and processed all the details including payment details and my money deducted but suddenly i got the msg that due to operational issues your ticket couldn't booked and we will refund your amt in ** working days. Since then i am regularly chasing with this company but they r not responding properly even they are not updating the status why they r not refunding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
