I Placed An Order Online In January **** On Zara And Paid For It Three Times, First Two Payments Were By UPI(Rs**** Each) And Last Was COD. Order Was Not Placed After First Two Payments So Paid By COD Later. When Asked Zara Told To File Chargeback And I Did. My Bank Confirmed That Zara Received All The Payments So They Have To Close Chargeback And Zara Has To Provide Refund. It Has Been * Months Now And Zara Is Not Providing Refund And Zara Confirmed That They Have Received All Payments. Upon Asking They Keep On Saying That Chargeback Is Processed In May. But As Per Bank I Haven't Received Any Amount Amd Chargeback Cannot Be Processed For Successful Transactions. Now Zara Is Refusing To Provide Transaction Id For Refund.
