Hi All,
I had placed an order worth Rs*** on ** Apr **** for grocery product , but none of the product was delivered to me, So I asked for refund.
After multiple days of chasing they had refunded the amount into wallet Rs ** on ** April & Rs*** on ** April.
I asked them to refund complete amount to original source of payment i,e Amazon balance, but they have refunded only Rs ** on ** |May and marked rest Rs *** as promo.
Despite multiple call, I get response that they are looking into it and will be refunded in next * working days, but till date my money is stuck with them.
Its been really * months of harassment and now I had to approach Consumer Rights forum for assistance.
Attaching evidence of complete transactions and emails sent to Supr Daily customer Team.
