I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the refund for my order which I purchased on MYNTRA.
Product name is:-MELORRA All Square Diamond-Studded Rhodium-Plated **KT Gold Pendant-*.*gm .
Delhivery picked up the product on June *st, but it has now been a staggering ** days, and I am still awaiting the initiation of my refund.
Each day, I diligently call Myntra customer care in the hope of resolving this matter, but I am consistently placed on long holds and my calls are often disconnected.
This frustrating ordeal has persisted since June *th. I have also taken the initiative to write multiple emails to Myntra's customer support team,
earnestly requesting a resolution, but regrettably, I have not received a single response.
In a desperate attempt to reach a resolution, I even resorted to reaching out through Myntra's Facebook page and the help center on the Myntra app, but all my efforts seem to have been in vain.
It is disheartening to feel ignored and unheard when seeking assistance for a legitimate concern.
To add to my dismay, I encountered significant challenges when Myntra's representatives picked up the product for return. Despite the clear indication of an easy **-day return policy in the app, I was subjected to undue stress and inconvenience during the process. I followed their instructions meticulously, including the uploading of unboxing and repacking videos. However, even after the return reached the seller in its original condition, I find myself still awaiting the promised refund.
My primary and sole desire in this matter is to receive the money I rightfully deserve. I am puzzled as to why, despite the product being successfully returned and reaching the seller, the refund has not been initiated. This prolonged delay has taken a toll on my mental and emotional well-being, not to mention the significant waste of my time, money, and effort.
Every time I reach out to inquire about my refund, I am met with the same automated response, requesting more time for resolution. This has been occurring repetitively since June, and I am now at my wit's end. According to Myntra's own app, the return has been confirmed as picked up, and the refund should have been initiated upon seller approval.
I urge you to consider the distress and frustration I have experienced throughout this ordeal and to take immediate action to initiate my refund. I have also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), but unfortunately, they have not provided a resolution.
I sincerely hope that this message serves as a heartfelt plea for your swift attention and resolution to this matter. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and fairness and will work diligently to rectify this situation promptly.
