I tried to order Dell Vostro **** on **/**/**** for the amount of Rs **,***.**. When i attempted to pay through their UPI payment gateway, the amount got debited and credited to their UPI account but the order was not reflected in my orders. I emailed the Customer Support team from May *nd, they keep saying that they are checking with Finance team on the payment. All i'm asking is for the refund of the paid amount. I don't wany to order a laptop. I'm going through Mental trauma due to Poor customer care. Pleasee refund my amount
