I purchased a tshirt from hemsters on **/**/**** and the order was processed on **/**/**** and reached me on **/**/****. I chose COD and paid *** (***+**) for shipping. It says easy shipping and returns worldwide on their site and when I went for return of the tshirt they told they don't have return in my area and I had to send it via courier and paid I *** to return it to them. Eventually they got the product and gave me a gift card I was not expecting a gift card because they had the option of bank transfer on their site and I was expecting that. They said its the company policy and nothing can be done about it. I complained about me losing money for courier and they gave me one more gift card worth Rs ***. I was forced to use it on their site and bought a product for **** and applied my gift cards and final amount was ***. Suddenly one day they cancelled my order without no reason and prior notice and the order was again active and on its way but I had to pay the full amount. The gift cards was not applied to it. I asked them and they said it is fixed but there was still no money on both gift cards to this minute. I feel cheated and I asked them for their mobile number numerous times but they were not ready to give me the number. I talked with Mr. Harshal Buptani through support@hemsters.com. Please look into my situation and hopefully I get my money back.
