My payment details include a Basic Fare of ₹****.**, Taxes amounting to ₹****.**, K* charges of ₹***.**, Reschedule Charges at ₹*.**, Cancellation Insurance Charges totaling ₹***.**, and a Discount of ₹() ***.**, resulting in a Total of ₹****.**. I opted for the zero cancellation charges option by paying an additional ₹***. However, when I had to cancel my ticket due to personal reasons, instead of receiving the full refund, they transferred only ₹***.
