I had been renting from Rentomojo for the past years and cancelled my subscription due to a move. All the furniture and appliances were picked up on June **th. I have sent multiple emails and calls and there is no update on when the refund of more than Rs ***** will be issued. I had provided my bank details and was told that it takes * days for the refund. I’ve never had an issue calling Rentomojo and now unable to get through customer care and emails to the provided email address of settlement.refund@rentomojo.com are bouncing back.
