Yourprint - Refund not issued customer service has been providing false information for the past 12 days

I am writing to file a complaint against Yourprint.in, an online shopping platform, for their failure to refund an amount of *** INR for Order ID *******, despite multiple attempts to contact their customer care and request the refund.

The details of the complaint are as follows:
*. On **th September ****, I placed an order (Order ID: *******) on Yourprint.in. Due to certain reasons, I had to cancel the order within the stipulated cancellation period.
*. I initiated the cancellation process on the same day, and I was informed that the refund of *** INR would be processed promptly.
*. Since then, I have made several attempts to contact Yourprint.in's customer care via phone and email to inquire about the status of the refund. However, I have not received a satisfactory response from their customer care team.
*. Additionally, despite my repeated requests through chat and email, Yourprint.in has failed to provide me with a refund reference ID, which is essential for tracking the status of the refund. I believe that I am entitled to a refund of *** INR as per the terms and conditions of Yourprint.in, and the delay in processing the refund and the lack of communication from their end is causing undue stress and inconvenience. In light of the above circumstances, I kindly request the Consumer Court officials to take strict action against Yourprint.in and ensure that I receive the refund of *** INR at the earliest.
