It's been more than * months I have purchased two captcha Bluetooth headsets from Snapdeal. After when I have received one was without cable and the other one sound clarity was not good. So I have requested for return/refund for which they have initiated pickup for two headsets. I have handed over to headsets to the pickup person. After a few days I have received refund amount only for one headset and the other one is still pending. Instead of following up many times few executives have called and enquired one asked for bank details, the other one asked for pickup request, the other asked for a few more things and so happened these days. I have even sent bank details long back and have been responded back from their side that your pickup request has closed. I don't know what was going on when one asked for bank details and after few days they arranged for the pickup of headset where I have already sent two headsets in the month of December. I don't think money is important for them but that matters to me a lot because I know the value and how I have been saving the money. Hope you understand my problem and put forward this message.
