I ordered flowers from this site and they didn't update for my order for a week. They cancelled my order by saying they don't have services currently in that area which was not mentioned when I ordered. They gave me a voucher code of my money saying that you can order in the future using this code but when I requested to refund the amount to my paytm through which I paid, I did not get any respond and not even recieved any revert. Their phone number is switched off. Kindly help me get my refund. Through voucher code, they are forcing me to order again from their website
