Hi,
This is to inform you that I have been chasing Adidas since **'oct,**** for my refund but all in vain. I have been told everytime by your customer care team that I should receive my money with in *,* days but now it's been more than ** days.
This issue has been escalated so many times yet my status is not changed in the system and refund is not initiated.
Request you to check my case id and all the inputs and close this asap to avoid any discripencies or action on you .
