I ordered a pair of shoes, but due to a size issue, I promptly initiated an exchange request on January *rd, ****. Regrettably, despite my timely action, the pickup for the exchange has not been scheduled to date (** Jan).
I have diligently followed up with your customer support team on multiple occasions, and while they have assured me to wait for **-** hours, the delay persists without any tangible progress.
