I have returned the product through courier dude because they informed to send the item to courier and it has reached their wharehouse on **/******* and it's been more than ** days refund is not initiated and moreover there is no proper customer care to contact. We get on option to. Place the call back request only once in a day and whenever will tried to contact them through that one time option they simply copypaste the same sentence again and again without resolving the issue. Please help me to get refund.
