I had placed an order with Tjori.com, for a palazzo and kurta. The kurta that was delivered was badly stitched and unwearable. The company informed that they can only exchange the same as refund is not permissible in their policy. I agreed for an exchange. I once again ordered different set of kurta and palazzo this time ( Order No ***************,). The delivery was delayed and when it came , only the kurta was delivered. The kurta was worst than the previous one. Very sub standard and again badly stitched. I this time asked for a complete refund , as one product was not at all delivered and other was non wearable. The company confirmed than refund will be processed for one of the product, for the kurta they refused a refund. Stating i have to go for store credit. They refuse to provide me with the escalation matrix. They refused to let me speak to someone in the management. And after a while the email request was closed without resolution. They do not have any contact numbers working where they can be reached. They do not allow any reviews to be posted on their website . Lot od customers might be getting duped with similar things
