Comparedth - Refund not initiated

I want to buy a connection of airteld*h with the help of comparedth. I have ordered on ** sept **** at * pm approx.They have given *** rs in advance with the help of paytm. In attached png file you are able to see all the details such as payment mode, reference no, order no etc.
The next day i.e ** sept **** I got a call from the technician that we are coming to set up your airteld*h. After spending few hrs technician said that in your tower airtel feasibility is not possible so we cant install airteld*h here.
After that, I called comparedth that airtel feasibility is not in my tower so kindly refund my *** rs which I was paid to you in advance via paytm payment mode. They said I have already initiated the refund you will get your money in * days but after long waited ** days not a single rupees credited in my paytm account.
I have dropped multiple emails regarding this but they are just saying to wait more and more than * days. still after waited approx ** days I didnt get my *** rs refund.
Many times call customer care executive, they put the call down after long waited hold.

Now, at last, I have no option except complaining it to consumer forum.please help me on this, refund my money from this fraud company.
