I went to livspace experience center on **th of Feb. Namesake designer who was in reality a salesman called Rufid Tanaji. He then went to my property and took measurements and showed a demo. I wasn't happy with it so I said you haven't optimized the space, infact it's lesser than what I currently have. So he requested I pay **k deposit due to month end discount. We can work on design in next meeting. I said I'm not paying till you can show me proper visual, because the refund policy says livspace credits, which I don't want if you can't provide a proper demo. His senior emailed me in writing after a brief phone call that full refund will be done if next meeting we are not happy with the *d demo. I made the deposit immediately. Then they had very poor response on the chat group they created. Then they scheduled demo at a time and date selected by them, but they never gave the demo. So I said cancel project and refund, it's been more than ** days since refund was told to them, they have stopped responding Their support teams says they don't have such policy. I have showed them the email, but response.
Such businesses should not be allowed to survive. They are unethical cheats.
