I received * damaged (microwave) and * wrong products (couch and chair) upon delivery in June. After speaking to CF team, the microwave was fixed, the chair and couch were confirmed to be replaced upon availability since products were out of stock at the time, I was told to connect end of July.
After back and forth for * months, I was told that I can either receive a refund or replacement with a different product since it was City Furnish's fault.
I finally decided to return the chair but receive a replacement couch, since the products I wanted still were not in stock. I have spoken to over ** people who have all told me different things.
I returned the chair after receiving a confirmation email about my refund as you can see in the screenshot, however now they are only offering rs *** instead of the actual amount of rs****
I made my decision on the basis that City Furnish delivered * wrong items, and was agreeing to offer refund because a replacement was not available. My email above is proof of the same.
