We had paid the travel agency in full amount for the tour package. While on return travel, we have made the refuelling for the van on our own amount (₹****). Tripojee has promised us of refund the next day. It has been over a week and they are not picking up the phone. Worst service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
