MUHAMMED AZIF filed complaint against cleartrip com on Aug 25, 2020
My trip ID is ************. I have received a mail from cleartrip, saying that the said flight has got cancelled and for getting a refund I suppose to cancel a flight from the application by selecting "cancellation from airline" option. So, I did the same as per the instruction from cleartrip. Once I did the cancellation, when I have contacted for a refund, I received a mail from cleartrip, saying that, it's a no refund ticket and my refund will be zero. The flight has been canceled, so I suppose to receive a refund or another alternative.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
