I had purchased the tikona connetion on */*/**** as it was lockdown they were working as said the agent , he convinced me that the installation will done in * days
after completing my payment i had received payment receipt but now its been more than * months
installation has not been provided, the agent is not receiving my calls.
tikona help is not reachable
i have made email to customer care , no response from there too.
