Journey/Booked Trujet flight from Tirupati to Hyderabad on **th May **** , due to Corona virus government has declared to suspended all the flights , hence I requested Makemy trip to raise the request number *****************. And I keep follow-up to check on my refund status but no customer care responding from Trujet and Makemy trip it looks like hands up as this is not at all fair why these people are behaving like this not giving our hard money ,playing with middle class people that too in this bad situation. whats their problem to giving our money. Request government to look into these issues as PM Modi (Central govt) mentioned to banned all the airlines till **st May and My flight journey was on **th May **. Kindly do the ful to provide my complete refund.Our family facing lot of pain due to Trujet airline doing unfair thing towards to no response even with emails and not giving refund and no update till now. Please arrange as requested above.
