Damages
Not giving a refund of cancellation of flight by airlines. Despite airlines saying collect the whole refund from the agency. Firstly they did not send any ticket for my booking from Shymkent to Delhi and when the flight has been cancelled they are not giving any refund for my cancelled flight. Their stupid server doesn't even understand anything.
