I saw one AD on Facebook regarding plots near Bannerghatta Road named as AR Villas. After that I had discussion over call with AR properties executive name Shaptami. They scheduled site visit.

I went there along with my wife and I liked it on first point. I discussed with them about property price and payment where they clearly mentioned all terms and conditions including cancellation & refund. I booked one plot by making payment of RS *****/- advance where the remaining ** K i need to pay after * week. I also got the payment receipt for the same which is attached below.

Later on, I changed my mind because of financial issues plus company/land authencity and informed the same to them regarding cancellation and asked them to refund my money i.e. **K.

I have been following up with Shapthami & their company CEO MR Ravi. They are giving me false promise of releasing refund, till now no refund has been issued. I am a working professional, I don't have much time & patience to keep on following up with them regarding my refund. I want Consumer Chanakya to help me out to get my refund of **K.
