- Refund not given for the cancellation done by builder before signing BBA ^Open

I have booked a flat ( F*-****) with Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt Ltd for project Panchsheel Pinnacle on ** st Dec, at their Head Office at Noida ** via their CRM executive Deepak Saxena (**********).
As per their request, I have to make **% of total amount to proceed further for Builder Buyer Agreement, I have paid Five Lakh Fifty Nine thousand via RTGS in total by **th Dec, ****.
Surprisingly after a week, I got a call from Builder's CRM team member(Pramod Nagar) stating that my booking has been cancelled and we will be refund your money at the earliest.

After a week, when I went to their office to collect cheque, they started giving execuses for delay in processing refund, later on they keep on delaying by making false commitment of days/weeks and finally they stopped avoiding my calls, they is no clue when they are going to refund my money.

When they have cancelled the flat by their own, why such delay to refund my money, they are looting money in the name of flat booking.
