I ordered a air pump from Meesho on **th April ****. I received the package on **rd April and paid for it via cash. However, the product was broken so I generated a return request on the same day (i.e. **rd april). The return failed saying that the product color was different. I raised a complaint saying that the app only lets me choose broken product reason and I cannot add different color in additional reason. They said that in next pickup this will not fail. However, the next pickup same thing happened and it did not get picked up. This happened a total of * times. * pickups were failed due to QC failure reason despite explicitly explaining the reason and being reassured that my package will get picked up. Now, they are just emailing me that it will take *-* business days multiple times. NO resolution is being provided. Customer care also says same that it will take *-* days and will not provide any resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
