Travolook www travolook in - Refund not get initiated

I had to book flight ticket on travolook.in on **th july **** but unfortunately ticket not get confirmed and money got deducted i booked *nd ticket from same site but till date i did not get any refund from travolook for ticket failure for which money got deducted.
On calling to customer care they always say by today evening or by Friday evening you will get your money in bank account but they are not providing any transactions details for refund . I think this is new type of fraud performed by travolook , i urged everyone stay away from travolook this is fraud company. My ref no for ticket cancellation is REF********* till date not getting any refund.
