I ordered two cakes to be delivered on the same day on **th April ****. They called later that day and said it couldn't be done because of certain circumstances. So I asked for a refund to my bank account and they said ok. It has been ** days and I have yet to receive a refund. I contacted them twice and all they said was the money will take time to reach the source account and that it has already been processed.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
