*. I had ordered two products from Zara Online and I had returned them within time period but when I asked them for refund they send me the product back after more than **-** days from the date when I had returned the products. And both the products which I had received from them in return were of different size as which I had ordered and returned. Even after so much escalation they send the product back to me and that too different. At first they were saying that we will issue refund please wait for **-** hours but I didnt received refund. And after **-** days they send the product back to me that too different. Please help. I had made unboxing video also for refernce.
*. I had ordered one shoe and returned that, after asking them for refund, they said they didnt get the product back, bluedart is showing its delivered to them after reverse pickup. please help me with my refund. In this era, Rs. **** is hard earned money and they didnt refund that.
