DIVI CREATIONS Jewellery Dealer and Exporter in Malad Mumbai - REFUND NOT DONE

I am Annie. I’m running a small scale jewellery retail business in Chennai. It’s is usual that I get jewellery in bulk from dealers and manufacturers around India. And that is how I came across a jewellery page in instagram named ‘aturejewels****’ . I contacted a person named SANKET JAIN who claimed to be the owner. Spoke with him over the phone and he seemed to be genuine at first. He shared his designs over WhatsApp and I made a payment of ₹**** booking his designs. He promised to ship them. But ever since then the dealer doesn’t give proper responses ! He lied twice about shipping the package already when it was not. And he came up with several excuses for the delay . One month passed and I asked him to refund . He said he will refund but he never kept his word .That’s when I realised that this person was never genuine in his work and never keeps his word .All the Instagram followers were bought and never had any organic followers on his page . Even after he promised to refund ..after a week later he came up saying he can only give exchange of jewellery which is totally different from the type of jewellery I booked. He doesn’t have any older designs or the same quality which I booked earlier. And i do not intent to do any kind of further business dealing with such a fraudulent person. This person never keeps his word and is very manipulative when asked for something.

All I want is him to refund the amount. It is a hard earned money and I don’t want this person to getaway like this scamming innocent people who are trying really hard to run a small business. This issue has caused me severe mental agony for the past months. I have attached the screenshots of conversation I had with this person from WhatsApp and Instagram and also the payment screenshot.
Kindly help me on this and I would forever be grateful to your team!
