Osmose Technology Pvt Ltd - refund not done

My friend requested me to invest Rs.****/- + ****/- in osmos and they will pay back double the amount within * months. daily payment rs.**/-. after investing * month they have refund rs.**/- after doing their tasks, they stops refund and it is now after * months over. my money has not been refunded. in the meanwhile they give voucher for rs.****/- which you can purchase any products in their shopping website osmarket. i have also purchased a bluetooth party speaker worth rs.****/- but they sent local made speaker after * months only and it is not worth of rs.***/- also. i have returned the speaker including my courier charges of rs.***/- to them as per their commitment to refund my entire money in the bank. it now * months over still they have not paid my money back. i request kindly investigate in the matter and help me in getting my refund amount of Rs.****/- for speaker for Rs.****/- for investment in their company. I need totally of rs.****/- + rs.****/- for mental harassment, totalling Rs.*,***/- at their earliest. thanks in advance.
