- Refund not done for defective product Closed
I had ordered ladies sandles on *th Oct, a defective product was delivered on **th Oct and on the same requested for exchange and as of date, **th Nov, exchange is not done, neither any updates on app after **th Oct. Have requested @** times now to cancel and refund but so far not done. Everytime i call them (call request) they keep telling SLA * to * working days from the day of call. Please help resolve issue ASAP
