Happyeasygo - Refund not done for cancelled tickets

I have booked a ticket for * persons from Rajkot to Mumbai in Spice jet through happyeasygo.But the flight was cancelled by spicejet due to operational reasons and they made the refund to happyeasygo.But this agency not yet made the refund to me and holding my money.
