I had ordered medicines Hair bless ** tabs (*strips) on **th jan ****, i had received medicines on **th jan ****, i noticed damage in two strips with tablets broken after opening the pack. Immediately within **min i had sent mail to customer care with all the pictures Enclosed including invoice and called them regarding the same. They initiated return on call after taking my complaint and assigned pick up delivery agent. Order was picked up on **th jan. They had assured me that i will receive the refund amount within *-* working days but till today they were saying these stories:
*. Complaint was raised will soon receive your amount.
*. We will call back within ** hrs but I didn’t get any call till today regarding the refund.
*. Asking for acknowledgement number which I received via SMS at the time of pick up. But still i have all the SMS from medlife I didn’t received any SMS.
*. Once they said amount was refunded already as it was showing in their system.
*. They have issues at wear-house.
*. Today on feb *th they were saying they call me back within ** hrs and will refund within **hrs.
*. They also said that medicines hasn’t reached ware house.
*. In my medlife app it was clearly showing medicines received at ware house on **st jan. **:** AM.
*. I lost trust on this app and people. Wasted my time. I still need to purchase same medicines If i get the money as ** tabs cost was Rs ***.**. Medicine was costly and they are looting patients money.
