I have ordered a moto mobile panel from Amazon on ** Aug ****. As soon as the payment had done they cancelled the order. I have been contacting them from the day onwards but no response from their side. They are saying that my account is on hold and they are refusing the refund. I have given the complaint to the investigation team of Amazon via email but there was no response.
