I have done a two transactions of ***** and **** on Aug ** . The amount is deducted from my slice pay Card but not credited to merchant account.When I asked about this issue to slice customer care ,they said that wait * to ** working days , refund will be provided. I waited ** days but refund not credited. So , I again called the slice pay customer care , They said that wait **-** working days .What should I do now? They generated bill of ***** ,and They are torturing to pay ***** rupees amount .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
