Spoyl - Refund not credited into bank account

I returned the order and the money was refunded into my spoyl account and message came that it has been deposited. But it has been ** days the refundable amount of *** has not been credited into my bank account. Order no: -SOc***bde***. I need money very urgently. Please help me out.
