I had booked * flight tickets for me and my family on **-**-**** to and fro between Bangalore International Airport and Biju Patnaik Airport from travolook.in. I had to travel to my engagement which was on **-**-**** so I had Booked tickets for the flights on **-**-**** and return to Bangalore on **-**-****. Travolook.in sent me a confirmation mail about my bookings on **-**-*** with reference no REF*********, REF*********, REF********* after I made payment of Rs.*,***.**, Rs.****.** and Rs.*,***.** totaling to Rs.**,***.**.Later on **-**-**** I get a auto cancellation mail for all the * bookings from travolook.in saying the booking is cancelled due to fare expiration ,note that the cancellation was not done without me applying for cancellation or my prior approval/confirmation for cancellation and the cancellation mail mentioned that the payment made will not be processed. However, the payments that I made on these bookings were debited and no refund was made. Later I contacted the travolook.in support on **-**-**** on the support on *********** after a long wait on the call I was connected to a support and was assured that the refund will be processed within ** working days, on the same day I also sent mail regarding the refund but received no reply. I contacted them again on **-**-**** via mail and got a mail reply saying that the amount will be credited to my account within **-** working days. However, even after ** days the amount was not credited to my account. I contacted then again on **-**-**** on their customer support on call and mail as well. I got a response to this mail only after I contacted them again on **-**-**** and the mail had the same story that refund will be processed within **-** working days and my patience in this regard was highly appreciated. However, I have not received the refund yet even after repeated mail on **-**-**** for which I received reply on **-**-**** with the same story for * working days refund. I had to contact them again on **-**-**** asking the status of my refund which by now is due for more than *.* months. Since it was my engagement I had to arrange funds again and book tickets for my travel and to worry about this issue and face mental agony. Reaching their customer care is a big task in itself had to wait for long time to connect and most of the time the call gets disconnected. After these repeated stories going on since **-**-**** feb up with travolook.in now I have to register a compliant on Voxa. Request you guys to help on my refund.
