- Refund no initiated by OYO Holidays Open
I am being harassed by Oyo holidays from last * months for my refund against the booking id mentioned above. I had booked my honeymoon trip to Bali, Indonesia from Mr Vikas Sharma (Sales Rep) at Oyo holidays and transferred the initial payment of Rs. **** out of *,**,*** which was the final amount quoted by Oyo holidays. But due to some personal issues asked to cancel the trip within two days and asked for a refund of the amount paid.
Mr Vikas Sharma refused at first to refund the amount but after putting up the complaint on the twitter account of OYO, I got a call back from him after two days and he agreed that he will refund the amount in full but it will take up to two months for the amount to get refunded. After that it has already been three months and neither he has attended to any of my calls or emails and neither I got any mails or calls from him or from the company regarding the refund for the trip I had paid for. I had paid the initial amount on ** June and its almost * months waiting for the refund amount.

Cancellation policy says-**% of the package OR min prepayment, whichever is higher I had paid ***** as advance. Now, when asking for cancellation they are saying its not **% on advance but its **% of total package amount i.e. *****....
