Trip factory - REFUND ISSUE

PRASANNA A filed complaint against Trip factory on Jul 12, 2020

I booked euro trip through trip factory, due to corona lockdown they cancelled our trip. After cancellation charges I told them to refund money. Instead they are willing only to give credit note which I don't as subjecting to current situation no one will travel instead of that , that money which got struck with them will help me to seeing through this difficult situations.
