Expedia - Refund Issue

I have booked a tour package from Mumbai to Bali on **nd March **** with Expedia but due to Coronavirus my flights got cancelled by the Malindo Air, when I spoke to expedia customer care they told me that they can't help me in this matter and guided me to spoke to
the airline directly but then Malindo Air told me that they will refund in Credit Vouchers instead of Cash.
