I’ve not received my refund & when I checked with the customer service after * days they processed it to thier own e-wallet. They don’t allow to place a new order & don’t want to process refund as well. On top of it the live agents on chat are also robotic & only know how to send system generated macros instead of helping the customer or resolving the issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
