I made a credit card payment of Rs *****.** on Aug *st **** through Mobikwik with reference number ************ but my credit card payment was not made. It was not intimated to me by Mobikwik. But the amount was debited from my bank. I contacted my source bank but they stating the transaction was successful with Mobikwik. I contacted Mobikwik they stated the transaction was unsuccessful so will reverse my money. The team Mobikwik asked me for a bank statement and other proofs for non-reversal of my money. I emailed the necessary documents but no response from Mobikwik till date. Keeping this big money for more than a month from a middle-class man like me. Already for late payment fees and debt interest of Rs ****+gst. I paid for a credit card. I am more frustrated and helpless because of this issue. I have all the proofs in my hand. Kindly escalate this to a higher level.
