Refund
I have returned the product worth Rs: **,***.** purchased from Amazon.in and also Refund was initiated on *th Sep ****. However the Refund amount is not credited to my account and I had been following up with Amazon customer service weekly once or twice since * months. Amazon agents always repeating the same answer that my Refund is in Process and I need to wait few more days. And now it's been almost * months and still I'm hearing the same answer from them that I will receive my refund soon even though it's been * months already. I'm not sure till how many months I need to wait for my refund and hence seeking your help.
