Nidheesh filed complaint against Yatra Com on Aug 19, 2022
I booked my flight ticket from kozhikkode to Bangalore on * Sep** indigo flight(PNR No.GLQN*M) through yatra (ref, no: *************, copy attached ). Due to operational issues indigo cancelled the scheduled flight and asked me to cancel/reschedule the ticket since the reschedule was not feasible, I did the cancellation and indigo refunded amount to Yatra.com(copy of mail from Indigo attached here with). But yatra.com is not refunding the amount. Kindly request them to refund my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
