hi i have taken byjus Subscription for my kid she studying UKG ,mr swaroop raju from byjus sales person who coordinate with me initially and he has promised us UKG is Complimentary and From *Grade to *th Grade charges are Rs-*****-/- and Math's Class will one on one mentor will assigne ,but i have requested for till *th grade and he accepted that i told him send me mail confirmation also than i have paid full amount Rs-*****-/- and advance **** will refund as he promised. But its been more than ** days over still my refund of advance amount is not done and mentor is not assigned and he is telling now only *st and *nd grade will be this price and i need to pay more for upgrade the service.
